Let Go of tension, stress, and anxiety as Larissa expertly guides you through Mindfulness exercises to promote focus, mental health and emotional resilience. Guided Meditation is a powerful tool for relaxation and achieving your goals.
Arrive Early: The office will be open at 5:00pm, so please arrive between 5:00pm - 5:15pm to allow yourself time to get settled and comfortable.
Start Time: 5:15pm
What will we do?
Whether this is your first time trying meditation or you have a daily practice, this group is designed to help you relax the body, focus the mind, and reach deep states of awareness to support your mental health and help you navigate life.
Meditation will end at 6:00pm to allow those who wish to pack up and head home for a great rest to do so. Those who are interested in staying a little longer are invited to take part in a group discussion until 6:15pm.
What should I bring?
Chairs, Water, Blankets & Pillows are provided.
You are invited to bring a change of clothes (there are two change rooms in the studio) and a pair of socks or slippers. If you decide to sit on the floor instead of in a chair, we have many pillows and throws to ensure your comfort.
I’m passionate about showing you how to feel great about who you are and helping you to discover your own unique gifts, so that you can live a life that ignites your passion and one that you are excited to wake up for every morning!
We each have the ability to heal past wounds and release limiting beliefs to uncover a life we we love. It’s my job to help you get there.
