Our Studio & Meeting Room is versatile! Wondering how to set up the room for your meeting, co-working event, lecture or yoga class? We have some suggestions !

Our studio is approx 550 sq feet (28.9' x 19') and is available for meetings, workshops, meetup groups, courses and yoga classes

Capacity: 50-60 Seated Lecture Style,

44 Banquet Style,   19 Yoga Mats


The Studio Includes:

  • large windows with natural light
  • kitchenette (coffee maker, kettle, cups microwave, popcorn maker)
  • 50 comfortable stacking chairs
  • a projection screen
  • access to a projector with audio ($20 fee)
  • an ipod docking station & CD player
  • amplifier and built-in sound system
  • sconce lighting for a softly lit room or  overhead fluorescent lighting for meetings 
  • 3 folding tables
  • 3 massage tables
  • yoga supplies including mats and straps
  • foam puzzle pieces for floor work
  • 2 change rooms
  • blankets & pillows
  • an area for coats and storage
